Parents’ Together

A weekly group for parent focused around health topics (e.g. nutrition and healthy eating, the importance of exercise, managing stress) specifics will change and develop. The group is delivered with key health partners who we have an established relationship with at SELFA. The groups also offers the opportunity for peer support.
