Pathfinders (Cohort 7)

Our Pathfinder programme is aimed at young people aged 10-13, (year 6-9), who have school phobia/ refusal, anxiety- related absence as well as those experiencing academic pressure, (bullying & friendship challenges) and difficulties outside of school such as bereavement, parental illness, young carer etc. The aim of the programme is to positively help to re-integrate young people back into school with increased self- esteem, independence, less isolation and positive relationships with the intention for school to see improved attendance as a result.
