Mental Health Services for Children and Young People – Have Your Say

This survey is being carried out by the Craven Emotional Wellbeing Strategy Group, an independent body made up of statutory and voluntary health and social care organisations.

The purpose of the survey is to gain an understanding of the experience of mental health services for children and young people from children, young people and their parents/carers in order to help with the planning of future provision.

Your responses will be confidential and we do not collect identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address.

The results of the survey will be used for the purpose described and will be shared with members of the Emotional Wellbeing Strategy Group and other stakeholders.
