Supporting Children and Young People in Skipton and Craven

Our goal is to work towards a community where all children and young people are celebrated and know they belong. We support children and families experiencing vulnerabilities, to build resilience, thrive and achieve.

Referring a child to SELFA

To access activities your child/children must be referred to SELFA by a professional working with them or their family. This can be a class or head teacher, social worker, support worker, health visitor or other agency such as Carers’ Resource or CAMHS.

Current Activities in our calendar

SELFA run a full programme of activities for school-age children (4-19) who live or attend school in North Yorkshire. This includes health and wellbeing programmes, peer support groups, targeted holiday workshops and trips & residentials.
